You could put anyone on that UW team and they would have sucked. That team was full of borderline D1 players. If you swap out Fultz for Ball on UCLA they probably go farther. Put Ball on UW and they would suck even more.

I do think Fultz and IT would be a good combo because Fultz can defend the SG position and IT can defend the smaller PG's. But it really puts Bradley on the outside. Package Bradley and anyone of their SF's for a really good SF.

Magic is all about showtime and drafting a 6'7 PG with the hype of Lonzo Ball, who already has a big fanbase in LA, is too perfect. Lonzo Ball to the Lakers is just like Lebron to the Cavs. Tho Lebron was a way better player coming out of HS.

I think Lonzo at PG, and Russell at SG does make the Lakers a lot better offensively but their defense will still be horrible. Probably be lottery next year but that pick is unprotected and will for sure be sent away

I get what your saying. You like Fultz, but not on a team that needs to contend now. Unless they can deal him away for a big time guy that they think can get them past Cleveland, they should keep him. LeBron has about 4 more years of dominating the East, not going to be easy to build a team to get past him. At this point, you may need to be realistic and build towards winning once LeBron's career falls apart. Similar to when Jordan retired and it opened the window in the East.

I honestly think the Lakers pick Jackson -they do after all have D.Russell & Clarkson already. They can trade Ingram for George as soon as next season. No pick for them next year so I don't believe Magic when he says he's waiting for next summer.
