This prop looks good to me.. Chavez JR is a decision fighter, durable and doubt he gets stopped... He'll probably still be a punching bag and get out pointed round after round in this fight..

There's a chance JR could get stopped late but at these odds I think this is worth a shot...

511 Alvarez wins by 12 round decision +165

I got a booty call on back up when times get tough so don't worry about me.. Girls drive me crazy these days and I like being single and not having to answer to anyone.... I'll never marry.. I might even be done with GF's... Chasing tail is work...

I've been a player my entire life, banged every shape and form.. Sowed my oats plenty over the years.. How about you JJ? Ever been married? I dodged that bullet 3 times but came ever so close....

Official Prediction: Canelo Alvarez def. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. by Round 9 TKO. Alvarez bludgeons a bloodied Chavez Jr. against the ropes with uppercuts to the head and hooks to the body until the referee mercifully steps in to stop the fight.

Hugo - Looks like a lot of folks are calling for the Rd 9-10 stoppage. Could definitely see this happening, but I am leaning towards Canelo UD.

Chavez has got a size and reach advantage, could win if he plays it smart and uses his length to his advantage. Best fight of the year so far.

Well Chavez had to drop quite a bit of weight I think. Plus Canelo a bit younger. I know some peeps that really like Chavez's chances though.

I agree as I don't think he loses 2 starts in a row.. He burnt me last start against SF at home .. Little gun shy right now with Kershaw after that.. Dodger bats can't be trusted either yet..

No value in Kershaw at current ML and RL prices, especially with a Southpaw on the Padres' mound.

Would you characterize Chavez Jr. as highly precise with excellent timing? I sure wouldn't.
