Cincinnati (Adleman) -105 I think this guy bounces back after a horrible start against the Cards. He has a great curve and can mix pitches effectively. Although he is going against the hottest pitcher in baseball, Pirates Nova has thrown a lot of pitches early on and we may start seeing some effects today. Reds are no stranger to him, and will not give him first pitch swings like the Marlins did in his last start. He is, at times, prone to walks. Good price on the home fav, and if you were quick, actually got them as a dog last night.

Yea, like that. I normally don't play anything in baseball lower than -120. Value really starts to diminish beyond that no matter who's playing. Books are really putting the screws to bettors that want the best starting pitchers to a point where it makes no sense to play them.

Reds 6-1 L7 vs the Pirates overall and 6-1 L7 vs the Pirates in the last game of the series. Nova has been solid lately but is 0-4 L4 vs Divisional rivals and they been bad on the road, and against righties, and against their division. And the Pirates went from -117 to +100 with over 70% backing.

Most likely going to rain for the next 12 hours straight. If they didn't play each other so much they might try to get it played in a delay fest, but seeing how it's a travel day and they do play a lot, I thought they would just ppd it, but they haven't canceled yet, so it looks like their going to try it. I wonder if it will affect the umpire's calls, wanting to get the game done quickly, due to weather or travel plans for his next series.
