We've had a small number of similar reports. You are likely on a corrupt stale cookie from when we deployed the SSL update to the site. Try going incognito to verify it resolves the issue on Chrome. The fix should be to clear your cookies.

On my phone I use desktop view and it won't let me change between spread, money-line, etc and also between full game, halves and quarters.

Can you open incognito or private mode on phone, or clear phone cookies and try again please?
