I know it's for TV but come on. Only Good thing is I can skip the Celtics game cause hockey is back thank God.

Both OKC/Houston and Memphis/SA have had games start at 8:30 local time. It's probably not ideal but makes sense to show both games back to back rather than simultaneously.

they don't own the area, the Jacobs do (Bruins owners).
Celtics only lease. there are rules .. mostly related to
all the public service requirements like cops, security, etc.
