I was on the same game. Two gas cans pitching, tons of men left on base, tons of guys on second and third with one out or less....honestly, it was hard to watch. The umpiring crew did everything in their power to keep this a low scorlittle no game...bad calls, huge strike zone....it was gross.

Given all of this, ever wonder why the total was only 7.5 in the first place?

Yes, line seemed low....but aside from the mid-series change in umpiring crew there was no other indication it would go low. No way a book can tell if two walks are both going to freeze with men in scoring position.

I dont question lines when they look 'too good to be true'. I hammer them and have won considerably more than I have lost. This game is just one of those odd ones...unless you are suggesting somehow that the fix was in?

Bautista is toast and Morales is a washed up DH..everyone else on the BJs are sloppy seconds...I dont expect them to win more than 45 games this year.

Nope. Just a really odd total.
