Under sounds like a lock. Browns, Bears, Jets and 49ers need a quarterback. I think the 49ers and Bears will draft a QB in the later rounds.

almost every mock draft I've seen has him going to Jacksonville at #4 at worst..

I also can't see Cook lasting that long, he seems to be a perfect fit for today's NFL with his receiving ability...off field baggage and fumbling are a concern but this kid is a player.

I wonder if Jacksonville trade down to grab a OT in the mid first round and Cleveland trade up with #12 to grab a QB (from some of the whispers being mentioned).
