The Bulls are awful, but the refs are in on this and won't let the Celtics ever go up by 20-25 in this game. The Bulls will cut the deficit slowly, and then by the 4th the refs will make Butler and Lopez do damage to make Chicago win and make the Celtics foul out.

I've noticed that whenever I predict very specific things to happen with conviction, they usually don't happen, so I predicted the most likely, specific scenario that would make Chicago +2.5 win, and I'm glad my reverse psychology tactics worked lol.
