So far, a decent mix of people. A lot of "whiteys", but that was, believe it or not, the majority of their on-air staff.

Up to the minute odds, lineup changes, injuries and such. If betting on pro sports ever goes nationwide you know it would be one of the top networks anywhere. Information on every sport you could possibly bet on from Euro soccer leagues to Japanese baseball.

Almost all sports shows are geared to this anyway

I hated listening to Kanell. Too biased for my liking. I think announcers should be a little bit unbiased.

That said, I hate to hear of anyone losing their jobs, especially put out in the public like this. I don't know many of the people on the list but my heart goes out to them and their families in this difficult time.

Ironically, I spent most of the day today working with military vets on preparing themselves for corporate America after serving decades for our country. It is very scary to have to go out and find a job. It's sad that these men and woman put their lives on the line for us and we do not have jobs lined up for them.

They should fire all the halftime sideline chicks. The stupid questions they ask they ask the coaches are always the same. They contribute nothing and are just on air for 30 seconds a game. Most are not even that cute.

Basically just symbolic bullshit. All these small salaries combined wouldn't dent the huge rights fees they pay and now they've lost some of their best reporters and writers...
