Gotta think they'll get one at home. I don't think the loss of Griffin hurts the Clippers that bad. They actually play better without him sometimes. He's not the player he was 2-3 years ago. Lost explosiveness, still struggles in the post. The ball seems to stick when he's on the floor. Utah should win but let's not underestimate the loss of Gobert. That really hurts them.

Completely agree Wiz. The ball sticks with Griffin. They play a lot more iso ball with him. The ball will now be in CP3's hands which is where it should be, lots of pick and roll. I still like Clipps to win the series assuming they lose today.

I agree. He's a good defender, but not great. I could understand if he was Tony Allen, then you keep him in there, but it's not like he has kept Harden in check this series. OKC has always had love for weak offensive players. Once they got rid of Sefolosha they replaced him with Roberson.

I think the Jazz are cooked. Only down 5 but they can't create any good looks. Offense has lost its flow. Live odds suggest this one is over. Jazz are nearly +300 live.

Washington gave up the one game but tonight they rip Atlanta's hearts out and take a 3-1 lead. Wall will control this game.

Milwaukee is a big public play but I don't believe in Toronto. The Bucks' length will continue to give them trouble. The Raptors may have regained control of this series but I'll believe it when I see it.

Game 5:

Hawks +5.5 -110 (4x); ML +210 (1x)

I thought the Wizards would win Game 4 and they had their chances but this series reminds me of Grizzlies/Clippers 2013. There are a lot of parallels to that particular series. Right now the Hawks physicality has given them a psychological edge over the Wizards. Wall can only do so much. The role players for Washington seem psyched out right now while Atlanta's role players are gaining confidence with each game. Millsap is a true professional and he has been taking Morris to school these last two games.

The Wizards still maintain control but the pressure is on. Atlanta has a great opportunity to win Game 5. I think at worst they give them a major scare.

Absolutely sickening loss here on the Rockets because they are so fukking nonchalant with the ball. No idea why OKC wasn't fouling them but Houston just doesn't give a fukk about protecting the ball.

They've only had one timeout for like he last 9 minutes of the game.

They couldn't sub out Roberson so that cost them points.

Roberson is 3 of 21 at the free throw line in the series and OKC has lost three games by five or less points after tonight.

WTF.

So painful to watch this after being a contender for so long.

Westbrook wasted a timeout when he got trapped. That hurt.

OKC should consider trading Russ if they can't surround him with better players. I don't think they'll ever win with him anyway but this cast just won't cut it.

I don't think you trade away a top 5 player.

I would try to get him help and keep him as long as possible.

With that said, if OKC runs out a similar lineup next year and goes out again in the first round, no one will hate Westbrook if he leaves. At least he gave it a shot.

He was trying to beat Houston by himself. He got close but that's not a winning formula. Even Michael Jordan had help.
