Nope of penetrating course not. I hate when teams do that with a man on and 0 outs. I understand they are trying to get into scoring position to win the game. But when you give them that out it also gives them a way out of the inning. If the next batter hits a ground ball there is 2 outs and you still need a hit to score him. Just like what happened here. I would rather take some pitches keep attacking normally try to work a walk get to 1st and 2nd then sacrifice them over. Then you have a free shot at winning the game. I know if there was a hit nd they won then great . But i never really liked that strategy. Never liked giving them a free out like that.

Well this backfired yesterday but still overall Overs hit with Rockies so trying again. Yesterday was pathetic a gazillion SOs and a ton of scoreless innings and they still put up 8 as bad as it was.
