I won't bother explaining the ins and outs of this wager, aside from the fact that I just cannot see the Canucks winning this game.

The Canucks management does not want to win it. They don't even want to go to OT as that will cost them the second best shot in the draft. They are missing their best dman (Stecher). McDavid has 98 points and needs 2 to hit 100. If the Oilers win and Anaheim loses, the Oilers win their division.

Ok. I said I wasn't going to explain it....but I had to. Did I take the safe route? Yes....yes, I did.

An easy, no pressure cash. I never get juice like this, but this game was as close to a no-lose game as I have ever seen in the NHL and the limits at 5D on the -1.5 was $500....so this was the most money I could win with the least risk.
