PHI = Best starter (not saying much), Best pen, equal lineup
KC = Best starter, equal pen (probably ultimately way better), equal lineup
MIL = Best starter (by a landslide), close to equal lineup (look at COL's road OPS last season), inferior pen
*Getting that decent odds for a home team facing a rookie that could get clobbered in the 1st is value, 1st 5 might be smarter, your call
