Make no mistake, many of us in Las Vegas are very sad about the Raiders moving here.
750M is a terrible investment into Pro Sports.
Our Police department is underfunded and our classrooms are over-crowded.
Of course, the media only shows the Raider fans.
That's it.
We don't want them here for the price we're paying.

Naw, it's a boon. Housing values will rise a lot when all 4 are in there.
Vegas will turn into a real city. Population will double in the metro area.

Sin City meets the Raiders.. Very fitting..
Gonna be hard to keep those players out of the strip clubs, casinos, etc and keep them focused.. Temptation is great...

^ Just drive to Vegas from Barstow and you'll see all open land for development. Vegas spreads out in all directions and there is still vast open land space.. Vegas can continue to grow and expend in all directions for the next 100 years is there is a demand for housing..
It's one big desert shit hole that goes on and on...

you might be right, but the government owns all that land, and there's really no good way of getting water
