Beware, I have never seen anything like this. I requested a payout and they did not pay claiming they had a bug with a 3rd party poker room. This was my 1st payout request. Anyway, if you use a CC for deposit, expect it to be charged twice. It will be corrected, but your funds are tied up for 10 days and when you call them, they act like it was your fault. Also, after sending in doc verification, my CC was flagged with unusual activity. This happened not after my deposits, but just after I sent in DOC verifications. This site should not be rated an A+. I tried to contact the President and CEO, all I get is they don't talk with customers. They froze my account and I had no way to track any kind of bug, if any at all! PLZ help, how can I get what I won and my payout f $2,200. I won the money betting on sports. This site acts like they own you....it is terrible customer service. I have other complaints also. IT IS A SCAM IN MY OPINION.

Heritage provided information showing that this individual attempted to take advantage of an exploit with the poker software. He essentially ran up a balance by taking advantage of a transfer bug where you could inflate your balance without risking a dollar in poker. He was advised accordingly by SBR via email and by Heritage, but reckon he felt there was nothing more to add so he decided to try to smear them here.Comment -
