Why is cal getting 6 2h vs Oregon?

Haven't watched game but Oregon by 3. Line closed at 9. So 2h line put game line right on number. But all stats are pretty even for first half. Fg%, 3pt%, Oregon has slight edge in free throw %.

All the fundamentals tell me cal is right side but line is throwing me off.
