UCLA isn't dependent on Ball. They can score and be productive even when he has an off night. Their offense is really good. Defense isn't anything special. But they are going to be tough to beat.

UCLA can't outscore everybody. If they don't play good defense villanova or Kansas will beat them in a game in the 70's

I think a team from the West wins it finally. UCLA looks pretty damn good.
I've been on this all season. When Oregon, UCLA and Gonzaga play their best, no one is close. UNC and Villanova are only other teams on that level. Kansas is feeding off their conference as always, not even looking good against the average teams. Brackets will determine whether they knock each other off.

I was not impressed by the UCLA team I saw last night against WSU. That is not even a final four team. The Holliday kid is and out of control player.

Heard that the last 20 winners of the tourney were at least top 40 in defensive efficiency nation-wide.
UCLA is not. Just sayin.

Everyone's sleeper is Zona which means they will prolly be gone in two games if a shady line happens to appear in their game.

Put some on Iowa State before I lost it all. They have guard play, and seniors. Just not big down low. Love Burton. So, at least I can root for them to win 6 games. Guards are big in the tourney, then Burton. If they just had another big. The freshman at center isn't ready.

I totally agree. Before the brackets came out I thought they were a final four team. Of course the committee put them in the bracket with a potential matchup with Kansas in the sweet 16 IN Kansas City, so I'm not so sure that they can make a final four run now. But I love how they play and can score at will.

I think Leaf is pretty dinged up, don't see them going very far without him at full strength.

If he couldn't play last week in the Pac 12 tourney he won't be any good this week either. He is not wolverine.

He sprained his ankle March 1st playing against Washington, it's been over two weeks now to heal.. I just severely sprained my ankle, could not walk for 2 days, ballooned up to the size of a baseball, took me 2 weeks to get back to running lightly again.. 3 weeks to get back to normal.. This kid is half my age..
He'll be fine and ready to go.. They can even beat Kent State without him tomorrow but he'll play.. By the time UCLA gets deeper into the Tournament Leaf and Ball will both be 100%..
