Not really, UNC last year was almost 90% reliant on Paige to hit shot that weren't in the key. UNC wasn't nearly as dominate at home where numerous players can go off for double digit points. What other team from the power 5 is not only undefeated at home but also averages double digits wins against top 25 teams? They have crushed everyone.

I would say Hicks, when he isn't being called for bullshit ticky tack fouls in a game where they are playing a team that reaches in and bumps on everything yet never gets called for it, does a pretty damn good job. I would also add that when UNC has multiple shooters hitting good numbers from 3 will open up the bigs to do their work.

I will say this, not that UNC would have won the game, but UVA games at home get called way different than 99.9% of the rest of college basketball this season. With all the new rules that eliminate step ins, grabs, and reaching in, Virginia gets away with all of them. W Virginia, for example, plays tough defense and they get called for probably 5X the fouls playing the same defense yet Virginia gets to play the same way and they get called for hardly any fouls while teams bump a player on the way to the rim and are called for a foul 90% of the time. Its no wonder that Virginia is a non factor in every tournament. They can't score and they can't play the same defense in the tournament as they do in the regular season games without being called for fouls because they don't let them get away with all the bullshit in the ncaa tournament.
