How was Isaiah Thomas not ejected immediately for making a pistol signal with hands at Demare Carroll, basically threatening to kill him? I hate IT and the Celtics. I'm a Nets fan with no stake in any of this, I just don't get why the refs always protect IT and Westbrook and call fouls in favor of them and never eject them. This is some Donaghy NBA officiating for real.
