Very true when it comes to IQ, you watch them play and you will see they don't rush the shot or take the shot that isn't there, use the clock well.

Hayward won the state championship for my HS with last second shot (was improbable, we weren't supposed to be good enough to beat these schools of all athletes headed to D1...we only had Gordon and Julian Mavunga headed to D1)

Almost hit the half court in the NCAA national championship to win with Butler (improbable they even got there)

He has a flare for the dramatic and making improbable situations come to fruition

Not saying it will happen but he has had an interesting career at all levels

When George Hill is in the bench, the Jazz are unwatchable. When George Hill is on the floor....they are still boring as hell. I have seen games where they cannot move the ball and just don't pass well at all.

They may be better in a year or two, but I think they are a true PG away from doing anything substantial right now.
