I think the Rockets are a solid play here. The addition of Boogie will be tricky for New Orleans as he's not a great fit for what Alvin Gentry likes to do on offense. They like to run, while Cousins likes to be a psychopath. So I'm taking the much better team in the Rockets who know exactly what they want to do on offense, and they should have a rather easy time taking care of the Pelicans before they get it all figured out.

i was thinking the same but the two guards match up well against harden and the other guy. harden is not a true point guard...even though he has super star status, the match up seems about even in those guard positions today. davis and cousins will play center/pf and that will be mis match for houston. houston has big edge in gordon from bench and ariza in small forward. its either new orleans money line or houston spread...haven't decided yet.

Maddy all good points. And I considered the mismatch down low but I just think it's too early. If anything I would say Rockets spread or pass and not fool with NO moneyline, but I assume you're a free man in a free society so you can do whatever your gut tells you.
