rock, they are strict compared to most other books. They will verify by phone once you sign up and won't give you any info until they speak directly to you. Then if you lose or forget your log in info you have to call them. They don't have a forgot password link, everything is hands on at Heritage to ensure it is you. At first I thought it was annoying because all other books just send everything to your email and you never have to call them but now I appreciate it. With all the fraud going on in the world now anyone can hack your email account and basically have all your information about online accounts. Heritage top notch

I don't like sending this because a clerk is half way toward stealing your identity. One place offered a skype live interview instead where I held up my passport and any bill they wanted. Took 2 mins and was done. I'm for security but want as little info as possible in 3rd world clerks hands.
