BUT,BUT....this job...should be given to a fanatic, younger, genius who nobody knows his name. 24/7/365 type guy.
Not recycling former greats. With the exception of Jerry West, no former player has really been great at running the whole enchilada. (Ainge, Bird have been above average) The list of failures is enormous.

Magic simply will not put in the time to be a success with this. Bet he gets his ass handed to him.

They've been the laughing stock of the league for a few years now.. They don't have one superstar or exceptional talent on the team and haven't for years now.. Lakers best player is probably Lou Williams do I need to say more?
