Angela Merkel will offer cash handouts worth millions of pounds for migrants to leave Germany in an effort to silence criticism of her ‘open-door’ border policy.

In a highly-embarrassing U-turn over the ill-fated plan, which saw 1.2 million migrants flock to the country, Mrs Merkel has now vowed to send many of them home.

The German chancellor agreed a package of measures to speed up the deportation process for an estimated 450,000 migrants who have been rejected asylum.

already inside Germany - they did not process for refugee status and
have to leave, they have no money and are liable to commit crimes,
these roughly 80,000 will not leave voluntarily without any money to
help them go somewhere else, out of Europe.. remember it was the EU
and Germany which told them to go there, so this is not their fault.

I'm all about helping my neighbor and when I can, the less fortunate, but that comes after I've provided for my family.

it's worth a lousy grand apiece to rid the country of these people. it would cost more if they let them stay in the long run. trump should try this. print up some money and pay them to leave. 600.00 a piece so they don't have to report it. throw in a new pair of shoes and a free ticket out.
