Going to post plays throughout the day Saturday. Starting off with a couple noon tipoffs.
Purdue -2.5 -110: to win $150 - Maryland has been a nice surprise this year. They weren't expected to contend in the Big Ten and yet here they are at 20-2 on the season looking like a legitimate squad. I like the Boilermakers in this spot however. Just don't see the Terps having an answer for Swanigan and Haas down low. The 3 point shooting has made Purdue more of a threat this year to make a deep run. They've had a couple slip ups but the Boilermakers look to be the class of the conference this year. I'm laying the points in what should be a good but Purdue ends up pulling away.
Virginia -6 -110: to win $75 - The Wahoos are doing what they always do. Defending the hell out of teams and making their opponents work just to get a decent look. UVA outplayed Nova for about 39 minutes last Sunday but couldn't seal the deal. Despite that they look to really be rounding into form. I know Syracuse had a couple good wins in the last week but they're not able to play at Virginia's level for 40 minutes.
It's a good card. I have a few other leans and will add more plays as the day goes on. Feel free to post thoughts and/or plays.
