Could he be the missing piece that is needed for this team. He was a very good player for indy. Ron artest was a very good player that became a good team mate with michael. Can lebron make lance a good player. What is hurting the cavs is they don't have a consistent scorer off the bench. Also they need a guy who can get his own shot. I loved lance when he played with the bearcats and wish him well.
