Being on the rail is a good place to be for Arrogate as the first turn comes up pretty quickly, and Chrome is going to have to get out quickly so not to be caught wide. Chrome loves being outside, but being in chase mode for the whole trip might be his demise. I like Arrogate, but you can't really make any money on either unless a bomber gets in there for an exotic
