From outside it look a very charming place, but pictures on the website are old and this place is not like what they show on the pictures. It's very dirty.
We had to ask them to change the bed sheets when we arrived because they don't change it from the last guest before us.
We clean the bathroom but when we see a rat the second day.... we decide to leave and go to another place.

Hell, updating that spreadsheet is just a fkn pain in the ass. Its not as easy as a copy and past job in excel and not worth the hassle. You cannot just go to edit, you have to go through edit, then advanced, then use the buttons at the top to add rows. Since everyone doesn't post all as once, I have to fukn keep editing the thing for one person at a time.

I'll send you the 20 pts back and you can handle it .
