From Experience I highly suggest you DO NOT PLAY at this Sports Book. They change their Rules on Bonuses as well as the Amounts on Games if you are Winning. Example last week they would let me bet 500 per game...Won over 4000 and now they dropped me to 250 per game and changed the original bonus amount. They are a disgrace to the Sports Gambling Industry. This is my experience...

#5Bill I sent in to SBR the complete email that I received from Betmania. I originally deposited 290 with a 200 % Free Play Bonus. The requirement was a 16X Roll Over with a 2 Week Hold and 500 Limit Per Game. 16X Roll Over is 4640 to my calculator. I gave em twice that in Action. Yesterday they ciit my limit from 500 to 250 a game cause I won over 4000 last week and now they tell me the amount I need to roll over is app 19,500.00 from 290 deposit. It is ridiculous to say the least. The lower the amount makes it all the more harder to win as you know. I had a good week last week and now they change the amounts I can bet per game. I had no problem with the 2 week Hold as I am a Player. The Best sports Store out there by far is YouWager.com as I have played over 20 years with them but like to have a Second Option so I figured I give Betmania a shot. Big mistake so far on my behalf. Spoke to Caesar my account manager there just now and he is going to see what he can do for me. Will keep you all updated if they do the Right Thing or not !!!Comment -

#7690 x 16 = 11,040. They use the deposit and the bonus. Then, the smaller of the amount bet and the amount to win counts for the rollover. Was there a separate account for the free play? Have to really watch that because then there is a maximumyou can win on the free play.Comment -

#8It was only 290 deposit with a 16 X Roll over. In email did not say anything about Free Play being included in Roll Over. Nothing at all. Even with that the real bad move they made yesterday was they decreased my limit from 500 to 250 per game. It is almost impossible now for me to win and roll over to 19500 on a limit of 250 a game. Completely ridiculous as they change the rules as they said Management as the Right to change an Account Limits. Am just stating the facts as if I was not winning they would not of decreased my limit per game. I played almost 9600 in action and if have any brains the more games you have to play the odds are stacked more against you. This casino doesn't want anyone to Win or Cash Out. Anybody out there have these issues with them. Horrible as they are a Complete Mickey Mouse OperationComment -

#9Again no problem with ROI but now the issue is they decided to decrease my limit of 500 per game to 250 per game which makes it next to impossible to win if I have to give them 19500 in action. They should of just left it a 500 per game. Real Mickey Mouse Move on their BEHALFComment -

#10If you deposited $290 and received a $580 freeplay then you only need to win $795 from that freeplay to equal a $19500 total rollover. They should not change limits mid rollover but $250 is not unreasonable for a $290 deposit. That is pretty common with many bonus shops actually.Comment -

#14Again. You do not accept 500 bets on games for a Full Week. Was lucky to win over 4000. Then this week they knocked me down to 250 a game. That is completely wrong. It just makes it nearly impossible to win at 250 per play to win 19500. Caesar account rep is telling me he is trying to get me 500 limit back per game. If you don't understand what they did you should not be gambling as anyone with brains would realize what they did to me. Was totally unfair.Comment -

#15wolf, settle down guy. While I agree that cutting your limits in the middle of a rollover is pretty bush league, I am not sure you should be telling anyone they shouldn't be gambling because they don't agree 100% with you. Is this the first time you have ever taken a bonus? because it sounds like it is. Everyone and their mom knows that when you take a bonus it isn't just your deposit that you have to rollover 16 times and it doesn't matter if it was clearly stated in the email or not. It takes about 30 seconds to see it on any books site what their rules are. Also, not sure it is the smartest thing to be running off at the mouth about this issue when you just said your account manager is trying to help you out, yet here you are ripping his book.Comment -

#16Reply to Above. Thanks for your advice. But no I get bonuses and reloads all the time at You Wager. Never a problem and they don't go cutting your limits in the middle of a roll over like you said just because I had a good week. And Thank You for your advice about the Account Manager. His name is Caesar. He agrees with me however he does not have the final say as I Spoke to a Manager their Xavier I think and he told me they can change the limits anytime they want. No big deal they will lose a major player and I could of bought em many players in the future. Believe me just ask You Wager about Wolf as I have referred over 100 members for them. But Thank You as Patience is not one of my virtues.Comment -

#24I know they all do I just do not think they should as it lengthens a rollover. If I deposit $500 and are told $500/game and agree to rollover then they decide to reduce limits to whatever it either puts me at a disadvantage as a rec player or a longer hold on my account. Hypothetical of course but what if I got a $50k rollover and they decide to lower amounts to $5.Originally posted by OptionalWhy do you think they should not change limits if a player has a bonus going?

Now if they come and say limits cut to whatever but you have the option ofprorated bonus and forfeiture of what is not cleared than that makes more sense.Comment -

#25Getting your limits cut is the best thing they can do for you. It guarantees that you will win. If you win money there, you can't get a bonus anymore anyway. So just bet through and collect your winnings and be glad they are not going to let you lose it all.
You got a good deal and took advantage of it. Take your winnings and deposit it at YouWager and lose it all back betting $500 per game. It works out for everyone.Comment -

#26Fair industry practice would be to pay you out pro-rated and close your account if they reduce the limits to a level where it isn't reasonable/possible to complete the rollover terms.Originally posted by downsouth

Not everyone does that of course and the books that think imposing a $1 limit 3 winning bets into a new account bonus is a reasonable action often don't give a rats about fair practice, but I don't think that can be equated to the OPs situation.
$250 isn't an unreasonable limit by industry standards and 30-40 bets doesn't sound onerous to me as a requirement on a 200% bonus..Comment -

#27More books then not add the bonus amount in on the rollover. Not all though . I think DSI when they do the 200% deal where you get 100 % Casino and 100% in Sportsbook they say it is a 20Xs roll but it is only on the deposit amount. But i agree it is a shitty thing to do lowering someones limits AFTER you already took the bonus and are trying to complete the rollover. The scary thing now is will they keep it at $250 or start going lower then that. I have seen people say different books bring them all the way down to like $50 a game or lower.Comment -

#28Just spoke to Mike Hurst, The Customer Service Manager at Betmania...Now he is gonna see what he can do for me as he was in agreement with me about them lowering the limits and Original email I forwarded to him stated nothing about the Roll Over being included. But that is all ok with me though, the thing that upsets me the most is that they cut my limits from 500 to 250 per play. Last night I went 4 and 1 in College Hoops...Been on a very HOT Streak to say the least. And get this, with their Roll Over amount it is the lower number that you bet, not the amount you risk. So if I bet 275 to win 250 , the roll over amount is 250 where it should be the higher amount, the amount you risk. Completely Bush League...Comment -

#29I hope they give you back the other amount. I bet an aggressive way and the books i play at i try to make sure they will not limit me if i take a bonus. Them saying they can change anytime they want is BS. If you deposit and take a bonus you are going by what it says in that particular deal. They AFTER you give them the cash should not be able to change the rules just because they feel like it. If they want to lower it then fine lower it AFTER you are done that deal or Promo. If you would have been told they were going to do that you would have never given them your money right.Originally posted by LBwolfJust spoke to Mike Hurst, The Customer Service Manager at Betmania...Now he is gonna see what he can do for me as he was in agreement with me about them lowering the limits and Original email I forwarded to him stated nothing about the Roll Over being included. That is why 1V got mad at me. They had lower limits and always tried getting me to deposit relentlessly. I finally got him on the phone and said i would not deposit the limits are too low. They promised to raise them and not lower them on me. I was a hair away from depositing probably $500 to get the 1st time promo and i figure i would come on here and ask what others thought of 1V . I NEVER said a bad word the people that came on here warned me they were pretty much scum.
Then i get an e-mail saying they no longer wanted my business because of the trouble i caused on here. Which i never did it was others responding to my thread. Then the a month later started bugging me again to deposit. Yea right after what they did. Any book that lowers limits i do not care what anyone says AFTER they run a promo and took a persons cash are scum in my eyes . I am glad you said this about Betmania i deposited there way back when they had better limits once in awhile i get an -mail from them. Seeing what they did to you it will not ever even be a second thought in my mind to deposit there now.Comment -

#32He still has a ways to go i think if they are saying it was $19500 which i think is off but maybe i am missing something but $290 and a 200% bonus is $870 right? Times that by 16Xs is $13920 right? Am i missing something or adding this wrong. I do not know where the 19500 comes from . But even at mine he won $4000 (probably lesser amount though) then hit 4/5 $250 so $4000 plus $1250 keeping it simple i guess $13020 minus $5250 is $9470 that is what i think it should be. But they are saying $19500 for some reason so according to them it is still $14250 instead of $9470 .
Is this wrong ? Are my numbers off and am i missing something? If not then Wolf you need to ask them why it is so much higher.Comment -
