Its a great move. Cowboys had a great season above anyone expectation. They were a little shaky to start yesterday but clearly the better team.

This move is a great show up appreciation for all the rookies in the team, especially the QB. It will boost the confidence for them next season and expect this team to be a force to reckon with next season.
