I think I may just go max get on Raonic. Everyone on Rafa, and Raonic plays him tough. Rafa hasn't looked like the old Rafa much in his matches so far.

Same as Federer. Those two are probably getting to the finals. They are the 2 best players in the world. Not in the past. Right now.

No worries, we see things different. I thought that Rafa's power looked way down against the younger Zverev and I thought he was moving slower as well. He dispatched the kid reasonably quickly, but the kid had lost the match before it started. You could see it in his eyes and body language.

Raonic gets a bit of a bad rap with regard to his return game and his overall athletic ability. I can see Rafa getting frustrated with Raonic's serve, which is by far the best in the game. I know he gets compared to Isner and Karlovic for it, but he is a completely different player.

I think Nadal could win this match, but at +131 and with the whole world on the other side....I am happy with Raonic.

One last quick note....the shiny new piece has been around for a long time. He isn't strong enough mentally yet to win a major, but I can see him in the final this year. And most tennis fans have never bought into him at all....so I wouldn't say he is recognized as the best thing since sliced bread....not in the least.

I know Raonic is a good player. He's actually great imo. And I see him winning a major sometime soon. I'm a big tennis guy and have followed his game his whole career. And can he beat Rafa? Yeah, of course he can.

But --

It's going to take his best tennis and Rafa's average tennis for him to win. Both playing at their best...Raonic has no chance. So by betting against Nadal, you're betting Nadal isn't going to be playing top level tennis, which is a risky bet.

Also...with whole world on other side...doesn't really matter for tennis. Not like any refs can influence anything about the match. Better player on that day will win, even if 100% are on Nadal, that has no influence at all on the outcome.
