Drake. Drake has been playing very well, scoring A LOT (something that UNI has not been able to do). They're a different team than the one that started the year, thanks to Rutter taking over as head coach. UNI has been brutal the past 5 weeks. They've been down at least 18 points in each of their last 7 games - this includes games against lowly Missouri St, Loyola Chicago, and Bradley. And Jeremy Morgan, the MVC preseason POY, is questionable. He practiced Friday, but I haven't heard anything since then. If there were no setbacks he should play today, but I don't see him getting extended minutes. Even if he does play, it's not like UNI was winning with him - he's only missed 1 game of UNI's 7 game losing streak. I don't understand how Drake is an underdog, much less 6.5 points and I don't care if it's at UNI. UNI is very young, but just not clicking, and I don't see anything starting to click for them today. Do what you need to do, but get your cash on Drake and thank me later. Take the points and sprinkle a little on the ML +240

Yea, I try to stay away from the public side, but I just don't get this spread. I follow the Valley pretty closely and it makes no sense. UNI doesn't play D like they historically have, and they don't have a scorer outside of Morgan. They have very little inside game and chuck a lot of 3s. With that said, UNI beat writer just tweeted that Morgan is feeling much better and is expected to start. I still like Drake, maybe not quite as much though. If he's feeling "much better" it might indicate that he'll play more than I initially thought he would.

Unreal game, didn't see this coming. First time UNI has gotten anything going inside in 3 weeks. Koch can't handle a double team, but Drake didn't double team him once. A lot of open looks for UNI. They went with a 3/4 court press for the first time all year too, looked like it really affected Drakes O. Ah well, on to the next one.
