This. Step away from gambling sites. Also, start to really assess whether or not you're good enough to make money gambling. If you're not, then just stop, or play with small money that you can afford to lose, just for entertainment/action.

Bet with SBR betpoints until you get your swag back. You have to stop betting on every game as if you have to. Start air betting like a lot of fakers and wait until you get hot to use real money. Only bet what you're willing to lose. I was up pretty good in October but crashed and burned in the last 2 months but I don't give a fukk and I don't chase. Gambling can be a roller coaster and you have to be able to ride the ebbs and flows. You have to hammer it when you can and know when to tuck your tail and bail.

Bro about 6 years ago i lost everything due to bad business partner .During that time i would bet 4-700 a weekend no problem i was bringing home 3 grand a week.after that happend i had to start back once my shit was together very smal like 10$ bets small because i loved Football action i have since graduated to higher units but still in the game ..cash out every spring

Once we realize that the majority of us gamblers lose, that'll be the first step to stop. I went to the track when I was 16, loss all 8 races, never went to the track again. Won my first 12 games in the NFL when I was 15, finally stopped playing after 34 years of up and down. (More down than up of course)
