what exchange/wallet are you using?

Also I'm assuming you've transferred funds from your bank acct to buy $457 worth of Bitcoins. Is that right? Did you wait for those funds to clear, before trying to purchase coins?

If you think that there might be a problem with a previous $20 transaction, then you need to go back and check the history to see if there are any error msgs attached to that transfer or simply email the customer support and ask them for the specific reason why your transaction is not going through.

ok, but the 450 isnt back in my account and now i have 7 dollars that are unconfirmed

under status, it says waiting for feedback from the bitcoin network

is the money going to go back into my account

the only thing i can think of last week i had an unconfirmed balance of 20 dollars but then it went into my regular balance. maybe the 20 was still unconfirmed and thats why it was canceled

what are my options at this point to get my money back
