After hours of protest, here is their reply:

Hello Joshua, After re-checking with the Live Manager, he confirmed the reason wager was cancelled was due to a flipped price. Sharks should have been the favorite at the time you placed the wager. Unfortunately, the trader failed to cancel and realized after the game was graded. Since this was an error on our Traders end, I will honor the wager and credit the winnings only upon receipt of your response stating you understand this is a one time courtesy. If we mistakenly offer a bad line, wagers will be voided. Awaiting your response.

Thanks for sharing, glad to hear it was sorted out. Please note that many books would not make a good faith adjustment like this if a line was flipped.

A "bad line" should be if something was supposed to be -500 and got posted as +500. Sucking at making lines isn't a bad line.
