Dude has health problems. He's already accomplished everything you could as an NFL Coach. He has more then enough money to live off of. The guy is just a stroke away from passing away like Carrie Fisher. Sometimes deciding to spend more time with your family is the best thing and is bigger then the game.

Broncos should go after Mike McCoy or Mike Shanahan again.
