I'm not sure the Lions can cover even against Dallas' reserves, at least if we mean the offensive reserves. The only guy I'd consider benching on defense is Lee.

On offense, if end up seeing more of Romo, Morris, McFadden, Whitehead etc....the Lions would still have trouble stopping them.

You're not giving Detroit enough credit here. Their defense can hold their own

Dallas defense been overachieving. It's predicated on making lot of subs to keep guys fresh. If starters sit in 2nd half and Detroit uses some no huddle to tire them out, should have no problems putting some points up

Right. I wouldn't rule that stuff out, but we're not even sure anybody will rest. I'd probably take the +6 if it was known the whole bench would play the 4th qtr, but that's not the case.
