#42Uhh.. how is there so much misinformation in this thread? t-wizzle is the only one with knowledge here, apparently.
Regardless of the outcome tonight, whoever wins next week between GB/DET wins the division.
If DET wins tonight they're in since the worst they can finish is 10-6 and the Redskins would be 9-6-1. If the Lions lose then they need either a win or tie next week against GB or a WAS loss to make it.
GB has to win next week if WAS wins, if WAS loses next week they're in even with a loss.
Big 2 games for Detroit. If they win out and the Saints beat/tie the Falcons they get a bye, if they lose tonight they're in real danger of missing the playoffs.Comment -

Once GB faces a team with a good passing offense they're done. During their 5 game winning streak they've faced some pretty poor passing O's. In their 4 games prior to their winning streak they faced 4 very good passing offenses (Washington, Tennessee, Indy, and Atlanta), they went 0-4 in that stretch.Comment -

#54Their 0-4 stretch earlier in the season was against all good QBs. If they beat the Lions (big if) then they'll probably get the Giants in the first round, should win that. Then they get either the Falcons or Cowboys on the road, I don't see them beating either one of those. The Falcons being the tougher match-up for them.Originally posted by packerd_00Still isn't going to really matter, you have maybe a handful of guys that are on Rodgers level.Comment -

#62They were a COMPLETELY different team during that 0-4 stretch. Now they are winning and having fun the team is cruising. #67Nah, they're playing better but they've faced inferior competition. IF they win in Detroit they won't make it too far, guaranteed. One and done, most likely. #68Only thing about the Packers that worries me is the secondary, the rest of the team can matchup well with anybody anytime. Dallas is in the same boat as far as the backend on the Defense is considered,we played Atlanta strong last time,so im not scared of them.Originally posted by astro61200Their 0-4 stretch earlier in the season was against all good QBs. #70The only 2 teams that should scare GB is Dallas and New York, although I think Dallas is one and done simply due to postseason experience. So many vets preach that the postseason is a totally different animal and experience is everything.
