A friend played a 4-teamer on one of those 'for recreational purposes only' parlay cards. Cincinnati and Houston were both -2. He selected Houston. How would that be graded?

Didn't know if -2 for both teams just meant pick'em or if you just subtract 2 points from whichever team you select? If it's a loss, that's a shady game to select as you'll lose on on a 1 or 2 point game no matter what.
On his sheet, it says lose on ties. From the sounds of it, I presume it's a loss?Comment -
