This makes no sense. They send me endless emails letting me know i have betpoints to wager on the nfl. I usually use those kind of things for jj.s killer ass spot wagers.

I just went in to Live Chat on their web site and they suggested I send an email to freeplay@betdsi.com to request the Free Play. I sent the email and received a reply and my Free Play was in my account.
