But he is a fair guy though.

Book is good for recreational players. If you are pro who wins consistently, you will get limited.

The book is solid and safe with the exception of the fact that they accept americans and other countries where online gambling is not legal. The main threat to their operation is usa government...

What I love is when you bet a +1500 dog and u get the delay and then "this line is currently being evaluated" What the hell is the linesman gonna do, change it to +1475?? lol I mean its his book, and if he doesn't want your action, be a man and say so. That delay and line being evaluated stuff is bush league.

nothing of it. only betting single Matches, few in a month there, even if. there were winners and also loser in that Period. 5dimes is A+, but Tony is a D-

I'm done with 5dimes as of Jan 1, 2017 and from my recent experience with them I would not encourage anyone to do business with them. Been with them about 12 years. They were my first off shore book and although I have others I stayed loyal to them and did 95% of my business with them. This last year was very good for me betting the horses and college football. In June I requested a Bitcoin payout and it was approved. I got my money no problem. Two weeks later I requested another Bitcoin payout but this time I was no because I needed to make my deposit with bitcoin. OK, fine I understand. I requested a payout with check and after 3 weeks finally got the check. I deposited into my bank account and after 1 week the check bounces. I spoke with CS and was told to send copies of the bounce check and bank letter which I did. Two weeks later I was credited back the money but not the bank fee for the bounce check. I was told by CS that I could request a wire payout. I submitted all the info and was told that it would take 4-6 business days to reach my bank account. Seven business days pass and nothing. I contact CS again and they say there is a problem with my bank account number. I tld them I've had this same bank account number for over 20 years and never had any problem before. Submitted the wire paperwork all over again, waited again and the same crap happens. CS is horrible and everything is the fault of the customer. I called CS and told them I was tired of this BS and I was a very loyal customer. I don't want to do business with a book that treats customers like crap. They can keep the money in my account and to please close my account. From June to December I could not get any of my money. I'm done with them. I will go back to my local and I will try Nitrogen.

Feds are on a binge to shut off gambling friendly banks from sending. Wire rejections are a royal pain in the ass and often take a month or more to be confirmed but it's not 5Dimes in particular. The payment processors don't know what banks will work from week to week as intermediaries can change from one wire to the next.

You're welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint form and I am pretty sure this can be fixed, but honestly your best course of action is to open an account at a different bank and redo the wire. :\

Just won decent sized bet that paid roughly 3 to 1 (500 to win 1408 to be exact) and when I went to request a payout in the form of a check, the option didn't show. I'm relatively new to 5dimes so there may be something I'm unaware of but can anyone explain this? Would be much appreciated

Try tomorrow I remember reading no requests for checks cause "holiday rush" or something. I know today they aren't.
