I have learned over the years if losing weight when you want to is not easy for you...either 1. You need OA. 2. You don;t really want to lose weight. It is actually quite simple unless you have an addiction to food which is a disease.

On weight gain yeah guys I know it hit me hard this weekend. Sister in law brought an apple pie, outer crust was Cinnabon cinnamon buns and some sort of cream cheese icing. If I had known what all was in it, pass, but looked intriguing at the table with a dozen other dishes for desert and I took the bait.

wife got a Cuisinart DFP-14BCWNY 14-Cup Food Processor for xmas... she makes our ground beef/hamburger now in it. brute of a machine
makes the best and is better for you and much better tasting !

I'm actually cutting so none. All I drink is whiskey/diet sodas and an occasionall nice IPA after a killer workout.
We aren't children anymore men and shouldn't be stuffing our faces with cookies, pies, sweets and carbs. That's for fat beta teens.
