I use to work dead center of Arabville back in 1998-99. It was starting to transform then. Today, there really isn't any English anywhere. You drive down Warren Ave... all Arabic writing everywhere. Store signs etc. I still don't understand why there hasn't been more terrorist activity or a threat? I mean... Dearborn has to be the most populated Arab community out of any city in the US?

Dearborn is actually a very large city... a lot of white business men lived there back in the day. Even a few athletes. I believe West Dearborn is where all the white people lived... and East Dearborn is where all the Arabs lived. Not 100% sure... but just a vibe. Willie Hernandez who pitched for the Tigers back in the day lived in Dearborn. His kids went to the private school I went too.

I just don't get why the Arabs wanted that city for??!?!?! It's a mystery.

Well... just the neighboring areas... I mean... anything can happen. Dearborn is only like 10-15 minutes from the Canada/USA border. Tunnel or bridge. I'm just saying... Dearborn is a big enough place to hide refugees... etc. They could do a lot of damage here... not really attack Dearborn... just outside of Dearborn.

My uncle lives in Dearborn. I have been there at least 50 times. There is all kinds of shady shit going on in that city. The mailman told us that he was delivering a dozen welfare checks under different Muslim names to one of the houses next to my uncle's house, but we knew there were only 4 people living there. It's very strange to drive down the main strip and see all of the Arabic writing on all of the buildings and it's very intimidating because all of the natives look at you funny. It's is like being in another country. Then you make one wrong turn and you're in the ghetto of Detroit.
