Well I remember hearing them say on audio years ago they said it was a "mistake", but youre preaching to the choir. I dont care where he was born, do I believe he was born in the states? Probably not, but I can also see reasons to think he was actually born in the states. Either way the whole thing was just a distraction. If its so obvious as you put it then shouldnt people have been storming Washington steps demanding that the constitution not be broken, that a foreigner was allowed to become president. Here's a few possibilities. I know how distractions work and I know how the media uses them, either way there are some factions that are going to be carried away with whatever the distraction is. Obama could have been born in the states, but say made to look like he was born elsewhere to keep people from focusing on who his real father may have been, thats one suggestion. Or either he was actually born elsewhere as you think, either way it was played out for so long because it was just that, a distraction, to steer public attention elsewhere. Mainstream media doesnt report on something that could really hurt the selected, their biggest thing is omission.
