The Cincinnati Bengals released kicker Mike Nugent on Tuesday afternoon and claimed kicker Randy Bullock off waivers, the team announced.
Nugent was one of the worst kickers in the league this season, hitting on 23-of-29 field goal attempts and 23-of-29 extra points. Bullock was waived by the Steelers over the weekend.
