I have been using my system and been betting early totals on NCAAB. If you bet an early total and the total moves in your favor, do you try and bet the other side and attempt to middle the game and win both if it moves 3-5 points?

No, you aren't going to middle a good enough percentage. Maybe a bet at the half, if say you bet the under in a game and both teams shoot awful in 1st half and the over in 2nd half is 20 points lower than the total for the whole game. Then betting the over 2nd half you have a good chance to hit both.

Thanks! I think your right and that would be the smart play. I was looking at it as you either double your winnings or lose the juice.

No, you should not try to middle games. Understand that once you have beaten the close, you already have a bet at positive odds. When you middle, you are giving back some of your advantage, by paying the juice on the second bet.
