Matt Ryan can still win it but yeah it's Brady's to lose. Matt Stafford should get some consideration too. Lions been lucky a lot but they keep winning and Stafford's putting up the numbers

I'm from Detroit and Stafford is a good qb, been riding stafford for years when everyone down on him, saying he's overrated, etc, etc. Stafford is no where near Tom Brady. Let's be real bro. And he's not more valuable to his team than Brady, not even close. Pats put up 0 points without Tom Brady against the Bills. The Bills... ZERO points... They barely beat anyone good either in his absence. Look at the records of the teams they beat early in the year.

So that point is irrelevant now.

Pats would meltdown if Brady went down right now.

Lions would meltdown if Stafford went down as well.

But Brady is just in a class of his own, it's really that simple. It's like giving Karl Malone and Barkley MVPs because they were sick of giving it to Jordan every year, which he prolly deserved.

Not entirely true goat. Garoppolo was a competent backup. The loss to bills was with their 3Rd qb brissett AND he had a thumb injury that game

Leading NFL in passing touchdowns and is absolutely the ONLY reason GB has a shot at the playoffs. It's gotta be between Rodgers and Stafford at this point in the season. Patriots went 3-1 without Brady......

Agree I think Garapollo is a good QB. But he's a 9-7 type of QB probably. That Pats team isn't a contender without Brady. Not even close. Take Brady off that team right now. Say they didn't get the bye. They're not making it out of the first round if they have to play chiefs/oakland/denver/steelers. No chance a team with no brady and no gronk will beat any of those teams. Put Brady on the team and Pats are suddenly the favorite to beat every single one?

It really depends on 2 things this season. 1. how far the raiders go in the playoffs. 2. if Carr can keep it up without falling apart. One 4 pic game and its over for Carr. People are dying to give it to someone other than Brady but that's just not easy to find. My prediction is Carr will choke and Brady wins again. How about this crazy outcome Brady and the Pat's make it to the superbowl and play the NFC wild card champs Giants, Patriots win 27-24. Brady finally beats the Giants with a scoring drive with 1:30 left and becomes the best QB in the Universe. The U.S.A replaces the statue of Liberty with a statue of Brady!
