    Have you ever?
Genuinely curious if you have ever:

I've heard a ton of people on here discuss how bad they are at handicapping, and we've all been through our losing streaks,

has anyone been bad enough or been on a losing streak long enough to where they actually faded their own plays? I know I've been on a couple losing streaks where the idea came into my head but I never pulled the trigger and bet the opposite of what I thought, has anyone actually done this? Takes some balls, couldn't imagine the feeling of fading your own pick, and then losing on that end.

P.S can anyone let me know how to post attachement along with your post, picks, bet tickets etc

Hammeeing the Warriors money line for the second straight day, it's jumping quick still see a little value at what it currently sits at, and get the Blazers before that line moves anymore. Good luck.

It more has to do with pride and ego. Bury your pride before your pride buries you.

It can really depend on why you make your plays.

Often I post good bets against the market and then proceed to explain, for the most part, why they are bad...whether it be a situation or spot in the flow of money, etc..and it can be best to pass or I even take the "other" side.

Some could argue that I fade myself all too often. My last Monday night post could be a testament to that very thing.

Sometimes it can be just as good to avoid or weed out the losers as it is to find more winners.

It is yet another area where tracking your bets and why you made them can become so important.

For the record I'm on the biggest win streak of my betting career and not doing this myself I've just had times where it crept into my head and I'm sure it has for others curious if anyone actually tried lol

                        does not work

since you know you will bet the other side you will subconsciously pick bets where you like the opposite

so you essentially bet what you like and are not fading yourself

                            i understand

i think that fade or no fade, you will average 50% in the long run and get killed by juice, faster if you dont have money managent skills

It's a bit of an oxymoron, so no I haven't.

I mean I've went back, and forth in my head plenty of times. Maybe thinking I want to take this team, but go against it. In the end, you really can't fade your own plays.

It's possible if you're smart and objective enough. The tough part would be putting in your typical research just to fade it. Difficult, not impossible.

You'll win if you fade the public.
Next time you see a "lock" thread on any gambling forum. You fade it.
