I could be wrong but I think it was because he said the SBR PRO program was a scam and not only that but certain employee's at SBR got kickbacks for any non-pro that joined the program.

Thanks manster. So he got banned for voicing his opinions then? I mean he spit alot of volume but his avatar should be a clear indicator that anything he says can be full of crap. Alot of his sports picks were crap.

He was just running his mouth which he seemed to do on just about any subject. Seems petty to just ban an individual, especially one as opinionated as sportsfan just for commenting on a specific subject. If that's the basis for a ban why hasn't half of the posters on this forum been banned?

If your the commissioner of a fantasy league or suicide pool or company picks pool and an ignorant loudmouth full of crap dbag in the sales dept forwards an email insinuating that u cheat or pocket money etc., would you go and remove or kick that misinformed person out no questions asked? How would the rest of the league/company feel or react? Your leadership would certainly be questioned at the very least and an expected decrease in numbers the following season. Glad I'm not a mod and have to deal with those tough and gray areas

Specific to sportsfan, it wasn't a gray area at all.

He blatantly stated the site was running a scam (w/charity donations), was warned specifically by Admin to stop saying as such (justified warning, as he was talking outta his ass), then he continued to ignore the warning and spewed more similar bullshit (even doubling down w/the kickback BS).

That's not getting banned for "voicing an opinion", pal.

FACT: SBR administration/mods give us (posters/members) lots of rope around here; 99.9% of the posters that get banned hung themselves... period. I'm often surprised they put up w/the myriad bullshit they do w/various posters.

Wanna run your mouth about sports, politics, women, culture, etc... knock yourself out. Nothing's gonna happen... BUT, call their site a scam w/JackShit for proof other than what you're pulling from your ass... ah, yeah, you're probably gonna get banned (rightfully). Just like any other biz on the planet is gonna do.
