Steve asked me to borrow $400 because he said he was going to be homeless. I sent him PayPal $400. He was supposed to pay it back in October. he put me off a couple times and then said he could not pay me again because he got a DUI.

Then he said he could not wire or PayPal me fines because "they "we're watching him. He claims to have an issue with fairwarning so says now that the debt is owed to him and he will only pay when fair warning drives 1400 miles to meet him. He can't leave the state because of DUI so that is the only way for Fairwarning to get it. It's all a stupid bunch of b.s. To avoid paying ME. This was not a bet, this was a cash loan, and he needs to pay the person who gave it to him, not some other poster that he has an issue with. He makes no sense. Guy doesn't even have a safety deposit box. He called it a social security box the other day. He has certainly not $800 to "double pay" anyone ( which I don't want, just my original $400 ). He is a liar and he is a thief. He is also very mentally Ill. My bad for trying to help someone like that out.

I mean really who does that? I'm going to borrow money from you, but since I have an issue with X poster, I'm going to pretend I owe them the money and make them meet up with me to get it? THIEF!!

I don't think you understand. There are not two people claiming to be owed.I PayPalled Steve $400. Steve had an issue with poster fairwarning who is my friend. Fair warning does not claim to be owed any money. I am the only one who is owed money. Steve has decided that the debt was assigned to FW for no reason. This way he can say he won't pay until he has a face to face with someone 1400 miles away. This was after he told me he could not pay me because the judge was watching his PayPal account and his Western Unions. After various people called him on that, he ran out of excuses and now claims he will only pay my friend who in no way was involved with this loan.
